The room was cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning to keep us cool during the summer heat. "We loved relaxing in the seating area of our twin/double room, it gave us a nice space to unwind. "Having a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room was a great way to wind down after a long day of exploring. "The hydromassage showerhead in the bathroom was a wonderful touch, providing a luxurious shower experience. "The electric tea pot in the room was a convenient addition, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we wanted. "The free wifi and minibar were much appreciated amenities, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Personally, I found the central heating in the room a bit too warm for my liking.

the hotel is located right at the center, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms were spacious and clean with luxurious interiors. the staff was wonderful, speaking Kurdish, Turkish, and English. They were very attentive to our needs, always ready to assist us. the breakfast buffet was also good, offering hot and cold dishes. the spa area was another plus, providing relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel could use more street-level indications to make it easier to find, especially for those new to the area.
